Challenge

Design a compact countertop solution for drying reusable water bottles and their accessories to combat that unnerving mildew smell in the bottles you just cleaned!

Discovery

The big challenge here was creating a secure solution while accommodating the wide variety of bottle shapes and sizes. We found that a design that was too prescriptive would prevent it from accommodating as many bottle types.

Result

OXO Good Grips Water Bottle Drying Rack. The innovative design holds four water bottles and four lids, and the unique straw holders keep up to four reusable straws elevated for sanitary and efficient drying. The rack’s raised edges keep lids and caps from rolling off so you can find your bottles and accessories when they’re ready for use. The rack comes apart and snaps neatly into the base for easy, compact storage when not in use.
